This pleasant 107m² apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a historic building with no elevator. It comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests, featuring one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed and another one with a bed.

The apartment has a living room equipped with 2 comfortable sofas, television and it also has kitchen ready to cook your meals, equipped with an electric stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

• Santa Apolónia Station - 10 min walk;
• Lisbon Airport - 30 min by car and 35 min by public transport.

Check-in and Check-out Information:
• Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00 (no extra charge);
• Check-out until 11:00.

Your check-in will be accompanied by an assistant and your arrival time will be scheduled in advance.

WARNING: Check-in between 20:01 and 09:00 implies an additional cost of 50€, previously scheduled and paid.

Until check-in, you can leave your luggage at our office from 09:00 to 17:30 on weekdays, excluding holidays, located in Cais do Sodré – 2€ per bag.

On the departure date, please ensure that:
- you take everything with you;
- waste was placed in its own containers outside the building;
- the apartment’s keys are on the table;
- the apartment door and the building are closed.

Please be careful not to make noise between 22h and 8h.
