"The apartment was very clean, reasonably well presented, but with slightly tired looking decoration and especially the doors. The electric heating was a nightmare to control / understand how it operated. Excellent location close to the high street in Sedburgh. On arrival the lounge / kitchen area had a strong smell of cooking, needed to have some windows opened for ventilation."

We had no bathing soaps or other bathroom toiletries provided apart from one bottle of liquid hand soap, and apart from one king mattress, the mattresses were soft and floppy with edges which would lead to a person falling on the floor. Money has been spent to renovate the property to a high spec but it would nice if the furnishings were of a decent standard and basic essentials are provided in the kitchen and bathroom...
