Gæstehuse i Limefitt Park

"Amazing place to stay. First time staying in a B&B having favoured hotel stays in the past and what a nice change in made. From the warm and friendly welcome and throughout the 3 day stay everything met or exceeded our expectations. The room (Burley) at the top of the house was amazing with a roll top bath in the room, the most comfortable of bed and just the ambiance of the house made the experience even better. Breakfast was lovely and the hosts were super friendly too."

"Excellent Breakfast and good location."

"Meget venlig personale. Gode valgmuligheder for morgenmad, som smagte godt. Fin parkering. Eneste minus var sengen, som var lille af en dobbeltseng at være. Rigtig god beliggenhed"

"Beautiful property out of the bustle of nearby Ambleside or Hawkshead. Lovingly cared for and staffed. Gorgeous views, delicious breakfast and dinner, and a hot shower. Hikes out the door. 5 minute walk to Beatrix Potter's home at Hill Top. We hope to return."

"Et hotel, hvor man virkelig føler sig velkommen. Værelset var hyggeligt og stilfuldt indrettet. Rent og nydeligt."

"Great communication with host and location excellent."

"Location was perfect right in the centre of historic Hawkshead ask about car parking at the primary school. On Suite was very small, the vanity didn’t drain properly, the sensor light is a pain when you don’t want to wake-up your partner at night! A common problem with all accommodation in the Uk is that only having a Duvet on the bed to hot to use and worst no top sheet, Duvets are to hot in winter because of the heating and to hot in summer with no air conditioning and with no ventilation...

"Cute rooms!"

"Pros - good location. Short walk into town. Room clean, modern & spacious. Self check in with good clear instruction prior to arrival. Cons - Car park full so had to pay for parking on car park next door. No plates at breakfast only cardboard dishes which made it difficult to butter toast as the bread wouldn't fit in the dish. Would definately stay here again though & just maybe arrive earlier to get a parking space."

"What a beautiful property finished to a very high standard of decor. Property was spotless, food was excellent and the owner's such lovely friendly people. Secure car parking for the time spent there. Would definitely recommend the Melrose guest house."

"Perfect location in Ambleside in the Lake District. Nice, cozy and clean room. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. We felt so welcome. Delicious breakfast."

"Lovely property by the river with a spacious room with a balcony overlooking it. Super comfy bed. Modern bathroom with a nice tub, underfloor heating and great L’occitane products. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were super friendly. Parking was available at the property free of charge which was definitely a plus."

"Very comfy and clean, lovely breakfast, great location"

"The fell rooms was an absolutely stunning place to stay in Ambleside. The rooms were incredible, so clean and well thought out. The little extras such as biscuits, a fan in the room and heated towel rails made such a positive difference in our experience. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we really enjoyed our stay here."

"The place was lovely and clean and the owner was very welcoming I really recommend the place"

"The room we got was 3m X 3m. Movement inside the room was very restricted as you had to step over your suitcases. The "personal bath and toilet" was a shared affair. The toilet was 3 steps down, a walk of 15 metres, 3 steps up and you were there. The bathroom was close - a mere 10 m. away. The only good thing comfort wise was the free parking on the premises. The breakfasts were excellent as were the owners of the place,"

"Meget venligt værtspar og hyggelig atmosfærer! I fin afstand fra spisesteder og pubs,"
