"Outlets were sparking when you plugged things in. Light kept going out in desk. Staff needs to better control unruly children destroying property in the game area. Wedding party was out of control. One guy was drunk and passed out, members from party put him on luggage rack and wheeled him around, neither staff member even cared to address these issues. "Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The amenities were disappointing — the hot tub was not up to par because the bubbles/jets were not working properly, and the pool itself was extremely cold, making it difficult to enjoy. "Exceptional. Clean, professional staff, newer carpet, modern furniture/decor, quiet. Great coffee and breakfast bar had a good amount of offerings, all fresh. The lady working the breakfast food was polite and attentive. Front desk staff was super. I was very pleased with my stay. Highly recommend."
