"the room was pretty cozy and clean, we paid for a partial ocean view but we were only located on the second floor right infront of the trees. I guess if we angled ourselves a certain way we were able to see the boats. Overall we loved it and this was our second time staying here, we appreciate their kindness and always willing to help."

"Room looked like a jail cell. Towels were so over used they were like sandpaper. Turned the shower on and the knob wouldn’t stay up and turn cold. Staff very rude and very unhelpful. No parking on site only cash. Area of the city not great. Not like the photos at all. Would never recommend anyone staying here. Ended up being there only 2/6 nights after the staff was extremely rude and wouldn’t listen. Wouldnt look at me when I went down to ask about the shower and told me it’s fine and shooed me...

"Extremely clean hotel and rooms. They always have a special event going on the highlights different foods, hawaiin culture and activities. Amazing for families or those looking for a quick trip. Location is walking distance to all the great shops and beaches. Bus stop is also nearby. Free laundry open 24/7! Pool deck was nice but it was under construction during our stay. When it’s up amd running, it will definitely be a great spot with amazing views of the beach and waikiki. One of the best...

"Elevators were very slow and constantly down for repair (never had all 3 working at once), only 4 lounge chairs by the pool. Didn’t get a balcony room even though the pictures showed a proper balcony, some pictures didn’t match what the room looked like Staff was nice"
