"The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The office where you pick up the keys is literally 5 minutes from the airport. They handed me an envelope with the keys and detailed instructions about parking and other important information. When we arrived at the condo, we were greeted with thoughtful touches, like a reusable shopping bag and locally made Kauai cookies and coffee, which I thought was a very nice gesture. "This is our second stay at this amazing condo! We love ground floor location and close proximity to parking lot and very close to the pool! From the moment you walk through the front door your breath is taken away! Beautiful ocean view! We cooked in the condo more this time because you can’t beat the view from the lanai! You can hear the ocean and feel the breeze throughout the entire condo. It’s a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace and several great restaurants. Very highly recommend...
