"A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. Bodmin prison also worth a visit our friends...

"If you like being on Dartmoor, this property is very well situated. It is surrounded by fields with cattle and sheep. It’s a quiet location with a great view from the back garden."

"Great accommodation, the pool and games room were perfect for our young teens. Lovely local area, the chip shop was the best fish and chips we’ve had in a long time. We visited Clovelly and the near by waterpark, both were well worth the visit. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again"

"A lovely location with full use of the grounds which we greatly enjoyed, strolling with our dog around the pond and the meadow and sitting out in the secluded garden when the weather permitted. The house was comfortable and well equipped, and best of all, peaceful. The house is well located for visiting the countryside and north coast of Devon. A slight quibble, in that, on a cold wet first day, the house was not warm enough, but that was quickly remedied with the owners, who were very helpful...

"Property superb for families and dogs. (Cottage doesn’t strike as “doggy” place though. Very clean and tidy and everything you need. Garden superb. Grounds and forest lovely. Walkable to Widemouth bay which is lovely (but no footpath on road) Host is a fantastic.
