"The view it's a 100/10 that's basically what you paid but the place it's old, dirty, and needs maintenance. The AC doesn't work properly, the thermostat showed 72 degrees but was hotter so it means that the machine froze. The TV remote does not have batteries. The shower curtain it's beyond dirty, it's disgusting. The bedroom doesn't have curtains so the sun will wake you up as soon as it rises. Now the view it's beautiful, the location it's perfect. They provide you with beach essentials like...

"So homey and comfy! Everything was clean and put together, kitchen had everything I needed for the stay. Umbrellas/floaties/etc were a bonus I wasn’t expecting! Absolutely will come back! Already planning the next one!"

"My family and I had a great stay at the property. The proximity to the beach was great for our family and allowed for easy breaks during the day as it was only a minute walk to the beach. Easy drives to Sarasota and Anna Maria Island made for fun day trips with little work to get there. Would recommend for those wanting a relaxing stay with easy beach access and desiring to be outside of the highly tourist traffic. Thanks for a great stay."

"the absolute best views and beyond better hosts"

"We loved the location Very short stroll, a minute or 2 to the beach the main air conditioner is in the bedroom, with a vent from the bathroom So the living room could get warm It’s clean with a coffee pot, close to great places to eat"

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Apparently the owners are only interested in collecting the rent of the unit and not the upkeep. The toilet ran continuously, the couch was soiled, the kitchen needed a new facelift, the kitchen chairs were unstable and the dishwasher...

"We’ve spent four days in this condo, enjoying the ocean view and short walks to the beach. The place has everything you need for living away from home. One of the beds in the bedroom has very comfortable mattress and the bathroom is with roomy shower. All the furniture is clean and in a perfect shape. We had issue with the kitchen light but it had been fixed the next day very quickly."

"Perfect location and comfortable property. Closely located to IMG, grocery store and fitness center. Great location for walking and jogging. Pools and hot tubs are wonderful."
