"Perfect!!! The only drawback was the 2 queen beds. If you share with someone you sank to the middle, but alone it was fine. That was our only issue, everything else was great. Lynn goes above and beyond as a hostess for her property. It is so great with all the extras she provides. Only hope it is available for our next trip."

"Lovely apartment, beautiful views, just across from the beach. A lovely welcome touch of a bottle of wine, nachos and salsa. A short walk to the shops and restaurants. Although we had no hot water during our 3 days stay ( cold showers are not too bad on a hot day) the owner tried to rectify it whilst we were there and gave us a refund for it. Would definitely come again and recommend"

"Can’t say enough about how great this condo and location is. This was our first time staying in this area and we will be back. This is so close to the beach, shopping, dining and activities. It’s centrally located and you can get to anywhere with ease. The Trolley was useful and so was the Monkey Bus. The condo was updated and had everything we needed. Very pleased with the accommodations."

"This two bedroom condo was perfect for our family needs. My two kids (preteen girl and teen boy) had their own space and my husband and I appreciated the king bed (my husband is tall, so a king is better than a queen). Everything we needed for the weekend was in the condo. The proximity to the beach, dinner options and even fishing on the pier were exactly what we were looking for. We have been to many gulf beaches and we liked how quite this was vs bigger public beaches."

"I had no idea that a unit on the second floor was actually on the third floor above the garage and we had to take the steps because the elevator was broken. It was very hard to find and has a weird one way driveway that you have to see to believe. Once we finally got into the unit it was fine. Thought I might have a heart attack lugging suitcase up but I lived. My husband’s recent knee replacement didn’t like the two flights of stairs either. "The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. "Amazing location right off the moat amazing beach - cute hotel with a tropical vibe. Rooms a bit tired but location made up for it - furniture in our room oversize and made room feel bit small. Mattress on sofabed horrible. Few bbqs + outside seating areas."
