"Very pleasant and helpful staff. Loved the double stairways and our huge room. The gardens were truly lovely - enjoyed a visit from a rabbit on the patio. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. The breakfasts were delicious. Will definitely return."

"This was by far the cleanest B&B with the friendliest, most helpful staff I have ever visited! They didn't miss the mark on any detail in the decor, food and overall atmosphere. It was quaint, romantic and located steps from the beach and some of the best restaurants/bars. Would highly recommend for a romantic getaway!!"

"What a great property! I travel frequently, and this was one of my favorite stays. The property, staff, free breakfast, free happy hour, live music, and adorable room were all wonderful. Perfect location to walk to beach, bars/restaurants, farmer's market, etc. I would definitely stay in South Haven again and would book this property if available. "

"This was a fantastic historic home to stay at. It was clean, private and the breakfast was excellent every day. One of the best reasons to stay here is the beach access. The hotel is less than 100 feet from the parking lot of Dyckman Beach - a public beach. So easy to walk to each day! We wish the hotel had an ice machine and a microwave for guests."

They even thought of our dog as there was an outdoor leash provided for the dog’s outdoor time. Having the firewood on site was so convenient as well! Hot showers, a toilet, comfy beds… we will definitely be returning! The private lake was the perfect place to cool off and chill too😎 I think they may have thought of everything needed!"
