"IA Lodge is located very close to the ferry terminal. Just a 2-3 min. walk. Executive room is fairly large, clean and basic. Shower pressure is okay, but they need to clean or replace the showerhead. There is hot water with waterheater. Toilet was clean and flush working. Wifi needs improvment. Signal is very bad. Maybe because of the concrete in the building? But have stayed at IA for several years and the main problem is always the wifi. Why have they still not adressed the issue? Tv with...

"No elevators if that is important to you. Super hot water for showers. AWESOME! Slight urine smell in the hallway near Rm 305. Free breakfast but everything is service cold. Eggs, rice, meat, noodles, everything is cold. We will stay again but if these things are important to you thae maybe look elsewhere. The"

"Very friendly and helpful staff and the place was also nice other than some ants. Room listings were misleading...suite listed without a room to match...house listed with free breakfast and not provided. Much construction work caused for loud environment during daytime and many cats and dogs making much noise early morning and night. Connected to the owners place where they had access to enter our side of the building where some food items came up missing in the night and lights were turned on....

"The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City."
