"If you’re a night owl and don’t mind noisy neighbors, this spot will suit your needs. Unfortunately we were in town for a meeting and had to be up at 6am. Since the downstairs tenants stayed up until 1:30am, we didn’t get much sleep. The apartment is just like the pictures though—very clean and updated. The mattresses are comfortable. The kitchen is great with everything you need to cook if you choose. One suggestion for the owner might be to add a path to the staircase so your guests don’t have...

"Perfectly good spot for a weekend if you’ll be out and about. It’s an older home, apt is up a couple flights of stairs, but we had nice beds and kitchen had everything we needed. It’s in a “mixed” neighborhood (some good, some a little sketch). We’d suggest driving or ubering to get around instead of walking. We were there to visit our college students and tailgate, so it was basically our crash pad."

"My husband and I came down for a little getaway and to do some "shopping". Found this on line and loved the pictures and description. Did not disappoint! Great location. Could walk to downtown restaurants and shopping. Place was clean and wonderfully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is brand-new and very well appointed. All the little extras in the bath and front hall were incredibly thoughtful. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. Would definitely stay again!"

"Negatives: First of all the property is not numbered. Second, and most importantly, this a duplex. The person(s) upstairs started making an insane amount of noise starting at 10pm. They were finally quite after asking the owner to reach out to them. They started again around 1 and reached peak noise again between 2 and 4am, I got 3 hours of sleep total. The beds are just foam blocks, no support and was uncomfortable. Some of the bedding smelled like BO like they hadn't been washed. The rest...
