"This was the perfect location for us. The house is charming and the owner was very responsive. Would definitely rent again. The kitchen was well equipped and grateful for the coffee and condiments. My Mom is 87 years old and stayed in the bedroom connected to the bathroom. The bed was a bit low for her, but she managed. Thanks again!"

"Chris was an outstanding landlord. Always answered his phone if we had a question. He thought of even the little things like clocks in each bedroom and house even came with an Alexa. Extra throws in the living room to cover up with. Lots of space in the back yard for a bbq. We did not utilize it due to the heat. Lots of space in the great rooms like kitchen and dining. "Stayed at this property with family for the weekend of the US Open in Pinehurst. The house is beautiful and just as described in the listing. Location was good for shopping, restaurants and access to highways. If we ever return to this anrea we would definitely stay here again. Overall we would highly recommend this property …. "Cute house with a shady yard in a great location. Only downsides were the lack of hair dryer (that I could find) despite it being listed in description and no extra blanket for the sleeper sofa so we wound up using the lap blankets that could be found throughout the house. Definitely recommend this place, but being your own hair dryer if you use one. :)"
