"The property was just what the listing showed. This is a beautiful home. It was very well equipped. I really enjoyed sitting on the back porch overlooking the lake in the mornings. The owners answered all of my questions via VRBO communications. One touch that I really appreciated was that I advised the owner that we would be checking in late. When we arrived there were lights on at the exterior entrance as well as within the house. The service was very "top shelf." I would recommend this...

"A quiet retreat getaway. House was perfect - comfy, clean. It is near a secondary highway, but not noisy in house. More like white noise when going to bed. Otherwise not noticeable. Outside is more pronounced. Property is very pretty, and provides nice views and walks. Wildlife viewing from house. A very nice stay"

"Rented for my son's graduation and was able to easily sleep 8 and host a graduation bbq with others. Fantastic memory and a great environment to connect with a larger group in a family setting. Owners were great and very helpful all around so that I could host a great weekend."

"The property was very nice! Even better than expected. The only negative is the property doesn’t connect to the lake as one of the pictures suggests. Other than that it was wonderful!"

"While there are other houses visible, this property was extremely quiet and relaxing. Great location, "civilization" easily accessible...just a short drive. Hope to stay again when we're more physically mobile (one broken back and one broken leg... hopefully we'll be fully recovered soon). Plenty of historic sites nearby."
