"Property is on a quaint short dead end within walking distance to down town. House was spotless! Beds are amazing. Kitchen has everything you need. They even have a hair flat iron and washer and dryer with laundry detergent. We will stay again for sure!!"

"This little guest cottage was absolutely adorable! Our host provided everything that we needed and was so good about communication. The rural farm setting was exactly what we needed for the weekend getaway. We also loved that the location was close to some lovely areas that were on our list.I would definitely love to stay there again in the future!"

"This cottage is beautiful and immaculately clean. In a very quiet neighborhood. It was just a 4 minute drive into downtown Franklin. Had it been cooler, we would've walked. It would only be about 20mins walk into downtown. Gorgeous and well maintained historic district. So many amenities nearby, history, whiskey and music everywhere. Owner was so kind in communicating when we asked questions. Would recommend, will book again."

"Cozy Cottage is so comfortable. It is perhaps the cleanest place we have ever stayed. So very clean. Easy to book and communications were excellent. Screened in back proch was also very comfortable. We came for a horse event in Lewisburg. Its about a 15 or 20 minute drive to all locations and loved being out in the country. Host recommended the Country Store for dinner and it was awesome too. "We absolutely loved staying here. The cottage is roomy, comfortable, clean and the views are just beautiful. To be on so much land with few neighbors and still be close to shops and restaurants and “things to see “ was amazing. The owners were a joy to work with, personal and quickly responded to emails. We look forward in staying there again "

"Our stay was really good. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Really appreciated the extra towels. Just had a few concerns.. the TV in the master bedroom did not work, the bolt lock on the front door was extremely hard to open, there was a large skillet that was not cleaned and I highly recommend that the flood lights and front porch lights be left on for visitors in case they arrive after dark.
