"The hotel was fine but it was difficult to get a decent parking spot because of the Casino across the street. People were constantly parking there to access the Casino. Plus, people kept on coming down to breakfast with no shoes on, which was thoroughly disgusting. I've never been to a hotel that allows that. I'll just pay a little extra at another hotel the next time so I don't have to deal with those issues."

"BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice...

"Overall the hotel was good - no breakfast but coffee was offered, recieved a free drink token which is a nice touch, oarkinf isnt the best, hotel was clean and modern, gym was nice. rooms are very small. area was nice, lots of shopping and resturant near by. Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite positive. While there wasn’t a breakfast option, I appreciated the complimentary coffee provided. It was a nice touch to receive a free drink token as well. Parking could use some improvement,...

"Room was really clean I like the modern look . Bathrooms had lots of space very nice and clean with a modern bathroom look. WiFi had a few issues but was resolved. The staff were excellent great value for money. "

"The room was spacious and lovely, with plenty of places to plug in devices, and Crabtree and Evelyn eco-friendly toiletries. Great breakfast, including a taco bar with pulled pork one day and pulled chicken in the next. Bizarre but really good. And on Wednesday night, they had a complementary happy hour with snacks, wine and beer. And the location is perfect right in the heart of downtown across from the stadium. Fully recommend this place and I will stay here again when I return."
