The hotel is in need of a refresh,
It had become somewhat run since our last stay a year ago..not quite up the quality of most Hampton Inn it’s still nice and our room was clean but it doesn’t have that Hampton Inn quality any longer getting to be more Comfort Inn quality. The breakfast was the worst I have ever had, the hock puck eggs were so dry you had to have a knife to cut them, sausage was only a few pieces in the warmer and it was dry and stuck to the bottom of the warmer, pancakes were the same and even after syrup you had to saw to cut them. This was not the breakfast we have come to expect from Hampton Inn, this was Motel 6 or less quality. If you do t want to provide breakfast then don’t but don’t offer something f so awful to people who have paid a little more to stay at your property because you have always provided quality service .. sad to see it be allowed to be run this way…I think my next stay will be Holiday Inn right next door
