"The cottage is located in an area where you can discover many beautiful areas by car. The cottage has all the bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living room on the ground floor. The upper floor is locked. It is a bit damp so bring your thick socks. Electricity was a bit of a hassle for us but there was 2 euro coins provided for us to use in the meter. There are electric blankets in the bed to help with the dampness. Not really sure if the water is drinkable. Martin the owner said it is but we...

"The property is in a beautiful location with magnificent views. It did not disappoint. The rooms were spacious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The living room was cosy. Some things you might expect were not in the property such as some basic kitchen equipment and a hairdryer - so we had to purchase these. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. "

"Sehr schönes Haus. Prima Zimmeraufteilung für eine große Familie oder Gruppe 8-18 Personen. Gut ausgestattete Küche, großer Essbereich, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. (Kleines Manko sind einige Bäder ohne Heizung - dadurch schwer Handtücher zu trocknen). 5 Minuten vom Pub entfernt mit sehr leckeren Essen und netter Bedienung. Sehr schöne und ruhige Umgebung. Tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. "

"An excellent stay in a good property, in an ideal location for Dogs Bay. We were disappointed that the garden shrubs screened the view of the bay. We were unable to make the heating system work ideally for us. We would have appreciated a change of bed linen during our 3 week stay. In all other respects a lovely property which we enjoyed greatly."

"Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce cottage. Le cottage est charmant et nous avons particulièrement aimé la vue de la cuisine. Le jardin était superbe avec la rivière qui y passe. Tout est très confortable et trés bien équipé. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. L'hôte a été trés réactif. "

"The location of this property was ideal from quick access to Galway to the very good restaurants and pubs within a 10 min walk. The property is on the smaller size, perfect for my wife and I, but would also be ok with adding 2 children. Yvonne was fantastic! We would definitely recommend!"

"Ce logement est exceptionnel tant au niveau de la localisation que du logement en lui mème. Au bord de l eau, l accueil est chaleureux, l espace fonctionnel et impeccable. Les sites touristiques sont proches. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sans manquer de rien. "

"I loved staying in this space more than anything! I miss it and still think of it fondly. It’s just so beautiful and peaceful, not too far from Oughterard if you need some cooking supplies, but out of town enough that you really feel one with the beautiful landscape that surrounds you. If I lived in Ireland, I’d surely be back. :)"
