"The staff in the restaurant try to steal you with the bill, I had a burger and a cola that was 41000 cop and's then the waiter came with the bill is was 48000 cop. Then I ask for the menu to check the price he changed the price down to 41000 cop, while he got the menu to me. The WiFi is only in the lobby and restaurant not on the room, and you need to login every 5 minutes. And it’s very slow. Rooms are ok"

"Felt safe, property was clean, nice breakfast. Price was way too much! It is a very small apartment but in pictures appears large. We went to Leticia to visit family so this was close to them. They should provide a microwave, because it’s very hard to heat fast food on a gas stove with pots that stick. Staff were nice. Laundry cost was crazy! So we had to tough it out and hand wash items."

"Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf."

"The place was very clean, and the staff (Alvaro and his son were really warm and welcoming We had steak, sausage, rice and French Fries by a bonfire at night. We were in a clear bubble where we had a beautiful view at night of the forest and sky. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic too. But once again, the cleanliness was amazing. "I travel to Leticia every two to three months, I am not a tourist. I think this place takes it for granted that tourists will want to stay in an eco friendly place.
