"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLUMLORD! Completely disgusting upon arrival. Hair and dirt on the floor. Stains on anythng made of cloth (sheets, couch, etc). The owner does not care to help or acknowlege any of this. His "cleaning team" did not care to clean before a rental (something you pay 100 for in the first place). Expect the worst if you must rent this place."

"Kitchen was great had everything we needed. The whole house was clean. Refrigerator was huge and extremely clean. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels. Just a suggestion you might want to include tissues. "

Sie hat uns die nötigen Infos für den Check In zur rightigen Zeit gegeben und war während des Aufenthaltes sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen ausreichend groß und perfekt ausgestattet, inkl Waschmaschine und Trockner. Vor allem die Küche haben wir ausgiebig genutzt und haben sehr viel selbst gekocht. "Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement."

"The house is newer & nicely furnished. Being in East County it was a drive to get to anyplace, but has good freeway access and usually not bad traffic. The only downside was it's closeness to a main highway so the traffic noise was noticeable. But overall it was a nice house, comfortable and convenient."
