"Location was good . Only a short bus ride into town . Very quiet and peaceful . It is self-contained so we brought a lot of snacks over from Australia as it is very expensive over there. Breakfast was very slow . Nearly missed our tour because our order wasn’t placed properly , another 2 times they got the order wrong and then tried to charge me for something I hadn’t even bought when we were checking out . Tours were easy to book online or through the hotel . Just check both prices and see...

"We stayed here as we needed emergency accommodation due to volcanic activity and our flights being cancelled. Property was clean and the kitchen was useful as the Bon Marché supermarket was less than 5 minutes walk from the property. Staff were kind and helpful."
