"I dont have a single bad thing to say about our stay. Out hosts were awesome. They are very easy to contact if needed and very helpful when contacted. The cleanliness of the place was great. They have a cabinet full of board games and cards. The seating on the back porch is plenty for the whole family to enjoy. The couches and the beds were super comfy! The towels were soft and fluffly. "I was looking for a place that was cost effective and convenient for my niece's wedding. Her wedding was held at 128 South. We were about a 3 minute drive. The area is quiet, you hear the crickets at night kind of quiet.Appliances were clean and ready to use. Although I did not use it, the coffeemaker was clean and ready for use. K-cups are there ready for use.The beds were comfortable.Would I request the place again if I returned to Wilmington ... absolutely!"

"The house was well-appointed and very comfortable. The hosts (Ada and Curt) were very attentive. The property manager (Ray) is a nice guy and very accommodating. The house is in a good central location. Check-in/out process smooth. Good pointers in video and booklet."

"It was a great place to stay. Close to all things you need with either a quick drive or walk. Quite area as well. Overall 10/10!!! Loved the big bathtub and wife loved the shower seat! Definitely worth the price! "
