"I had a wonderful and pleasant stay at Melbrooke Park Hotel, from check-in to check-out. The environment was clean and comfortable, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location made it easy to drive in and out, especially when visiting nearby places with friends in the evening. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Definitely worth...

Breakfast was misrepresented (told to be a full menu but only eggs and bread were served, hot tea made with bagged water), and staff said it covered only one person despite our booking.
The room and bathroom were inadequately cleaned: stained rug, dirty refrigerator, soap scum on shower glass, rusty shower faucet with low water pressure, a wobbly toilet,...
