Arbio I Lax Cozy Apart near Karl-Heine-Strasse

Welcome to Arbio I Lax Studios & Apartments. We have renovated the entire house in recent years and now want to give you a cosy and beautiful time in Leipzig with our rooms.

The 2-room apartment with about 30 square metres is in the 1. Upper floor of our apartment building. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has everything for a relaxed cooking together, a large table to work or hang out together.

Arbio I Lax is located in an inhabited street with small cafes, second-hand shops and Karl-Heine-Strasse is just a stone`s throw away. There are many small pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

*Cleaning Policy:
The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

*My Reservation / Booking
All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.
Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
