"Used the hotel for business travel just one night. Very comfortable and large room. Kind staff and good service. High cleaning standard in room and bathroom. Did not use the restaurant but it was full for lunch and evening so would not mind to try it. Hotel is close to train from city center only 500 mtr. walk. "

"Ghan House was certainly a highlight of our trip, what a delightful house and accommodation. Staff were very welcoming, breakfast was impeccable and the room itself was spacious with a lovely view of the garden and mountain, and with a very comfortable bed. We’d certainly recommend staying at Ghan House."

"We stayed in the cabin in the back which was…. Absolutely adorable and as pictured. I would highly recommend to communicate with the host ahead of time, because while the contact phone number is listed at multiple points on the property, it can be difficult for a traveler without phone service. I was traveling from another country and had data only, I was fortunate to have a local person lend me their phone so I could check in that first evening. That is my only advice for anyone wanting to stay...

"Nice cosy hotel with relaxed atmosphere. "Living room" next to the reception is great and a nice place to hang out in the evening. Location is perfect; close to Ballsbridge/Sandymount and city center. The bed in our room was a bit too hard for us and the window was really tough to open and close. Would recommend."

"Super tiny room and dirty. It wasn’t possible to have a suitcase open on the floor, because the room was so small. No zink in the bathroom it was right in front of the bed. Not practical at all. No conditioner & I didn’t receive the code for the main gate + any other information prior to my arrival. "

"Nice location and close to the bus/train station in Tullamore. The room and bathroom were very clean. The communal kitchen is great. The kitchen space was convenient for both eating takeaway and reheating leftovers. "
