"A wonderful spot on a wonderful lake, one that has clear, calm water, and is very quiet. The resort is old, but very cool, with a lot of history and a great sense of spirit. Lots of free amenities like kayaks and paddleboards, and very nice old school cozy cottages."

Well equipped, nice furnishings, comfy. Pizza oven and gas grill outside. Woodsy setting with lots of outdoor play space.Closest beach access to east-facing Traverse Bay not as awesome as west-facing Cat Head Bay beaches accessible by short drive and15-20 minute walk. Roughly 1hour to TVC."

"Marie and Ted were fabulous hosts!! We arrived late (and they were out of the house) and they left very detailed instructions for us in their absence. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We awoke early the next morning to head out and found Ted had made the MOST delicious blueberry muffins. We took a couple of muffins and some coffee with us for our ride up to Mackinac Island. The only issue we encountered was not being able to figure out how to operate the TV in our room but it...
