The staff were very helpful. We asked for help with a few things and this was always done. All good! Now to the negative points: 1. In our bathroom, there was an embedded blue stain on the toilet seat. 2. I’ve never stayed in a hotel or guest house where the bathroom had no toilet brush! It’s embarrassing when you have to use tissues to clean away your own waste! 3. There is no refrigerator in the room - very unusual in my experience too. It was a hot weekend and we could not store cans or bottles 4. If you get a room which is toward the back of the property you have people sitting outside at all hours, often making noise. You can, of course, close the windows - but this last weekend we had 24/26 degrees and this wasn’t practical. I think these things could be addressed quite easily, with the possible exception of point 4. It would also have been good to have some fresh fruits or salad items at breakfast.

A great choice . We stayed at the Ramada to go to a concert at leeds arena . Short taxi ride away cost £13. Hotel was clean , friendly staff , simple check in. Comfy beds , shower was great . I would definitely stay again.

Geographically a great location to be based
Dont be put off staying by the fact that this hotel is based on a service area, as you tend to forget where you are when you sample the warm and friendly atmosphere. However even the service area is chilled out with a large range of good food options. We will definitely be staying again

Would definitely return.
The rooms are lovely with working air conditioning. We were out in the family room directly across from the door to the stairs, lift and gym, expecting the worst noise wise I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Bed extremely comfortable and being at the back of the building overlooked a seating area for the services but had nice views to a landscaped play area with walks around the lake. The front rooms overlook the hotel and services car park but you really wouldn't have known you were at a services hotel. The bar and Starbucks in the hotel are 24hrs but the restaurant isn't. That said the services next door has a 24hr McDonalds and loads of other food places not 24hrs.

Good Location
Nice hotel in an excellent location just off the M1. Good amenities at the services should you wish to use them, with easy connection to Leeds, York, Wetherby etc. Hotel itself is in good condition. Nice staff and good food.

The room was lovely…nice and quiet… beds really comfortable… room was a little too warm with control temp at its lowest and window open but other than that the room was lovely. Breakfast…. Not great! Quite poorly looked after not a lot of variety. Would not recommend the breakfast.

Nice modern spacious room, only issue was an annoying guest kept calling our room throughout the night. Probably drunk and not the hotels fault but didn't help have a good nights sleep as a result

As I had checked in online, I was in my room within 5 minutes of stepping into the hotel. Staff were very approachable and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for food. Uber eats also delivered there as it wasn’t too far from Roundhay Road in Leeds. Definitely will be revisiting for a short break

Great New hotel, not central.
Great hotel, ok location. Positives it has plenty of free parking but make sure reception log your number plate as only found this out when I asked , I wasn’t told at check in but it’s a motorway service station, a very very good one, buy you need a car to get there and that’s negative: it’s not in walking or bus route of Leeds city centre.

Superb hotel, really quiet despite side of motorway. Very comfy bed, lovely warm shower, clean, good bass Tele. Only negatives were shower glass screen only covers quarter of area so could make floor really wet and a mess if not careful and spare pillow case had make up on it, removed case and pillow was heavily stained, complained and very quickly rectified the problem. Defo coming here again and will be looking at this if in same area esp price on a Sunday. Lovely

The hotel was lovely, clean and nice and quiet. In a lovely location within distance of other eateries. Has nice wooded area for walks and a garden with timber climbing frame for children. Only concern was the slippyness of the shower tray (would advise to wear flip flops in shower) I informed the staff and they were really receptive and said they would pass on my comments. Breakfast is absolutely amazing, self service, well cooked and well stocked. Really enjoyed my birthday stay and will definitely stay/book again.
