Everything you need to experience indoor-outdoor luxury living in a brand new 4 bedroom villa nestled in 35 private acres surrounded by mountain views. While this adorable home is perfect private getaway for you and the family, it's location make it easy for you to get around.

This cozy home comes with outdoor swimming pool, huge patio+wraparound porch with outdoor seating and dining, high-speed wifi and much more in a Hill County/Lake travis setting.
The space
This is a brand new farmhouse style single story home designed with modern touches nestled in 34 acre private ranch. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, expansive front and backyard with huge Patio and a private swimming pool.

The house is designed with a sense of openness where you will feel connected to the nature. The moment you enter the house, high ceilings and mountain views welcome you! Main level of the house include a huge living room with kitchen, dining area, play nook, a master bedroom with attached bathroom, 3 additional bedrooms with a bathroom. 2 Bedrooms with King beds and 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, and more! Dining table has adequate seating for 8 guests.

Each bedroom in the house is designed with your comfort in mind. All the beds have comfortable memory foam mattress with hotel grade sheets and quilts.

Living Room and 3 other bedrooms have large smart TVs for you to connect it to preferred streaming service.

Our recent stay at this house was an absolute dream! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spacious and beautifully decorated the home was. It easily accommodated our entire group with room to spare.The pool was the highlight of our trip; it was pristine and the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Everything we could possibly need was provided, making our vacation completely stress-free and wonderfully comfortable. The hosts clearly put a lot of care and thought into making this a top-tier rental experience.We had an unforgettable time and would highly, highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and incredibly well-equipped getaway. Five stars all around!

We arrived and loved the property. It’s a beautiful house in a great location. We booked the house for the July 4th weekend and as everyone is aware a terrible tragic flood occurred in the hill country during this time. It rained our whole trip which we were ok with, but we when lost power during the morning hours and the heavy rained continued we decided to leave the house while we could. We notified the owners and let me know we were leaving and asked about a partial refund for the day. Not only did they not respond, they later told us about 8 hours later the power was back on and we could return if we wanted. We were very disappointed with their response. This is nothing compared to the terrible loss the families in the hill country are feeling. God bless them

perfect spot for eclipse viewing!

Enjoyed being in the Austin area for eclipse viewing. The clouds parted and it was spectacular! Didn't hurt that we were sitting by a beautiful pool in a meadow! House was great for our group....Perfect space for privacy, central shared space and quiet work space when needed. Beautiful walks around the property and a 30 minute or so ride into Austin to explore.

Awesome property

We had an amazing vacation. We are originally from Austin so know the area well. The property was amazing as is the host. The hill country and views off the back patio felt like home. The home was well appointed and everything you need for a peaceful vacation. Thank you for hosting us and look forward to coming back often.

We loved our stay at Modern Villa! Quiet and clean, new property with beautiful views. Great pool, VERY comfortable beds, and really awesome air conditioning - it was really hot during our stay! The only improvement I would suggest is to provide pool towels for guests. Thank you so much!

We stayed here for a long weekend and loved it! The location is great if you’re looking to feel out of town but still close to things that you need like the grocery store. We loved the pool and the outside area. Overall the house was great, I read a few reviews talking about the lack of kitchen items but I felt like it was fully stocked!

Good family vacation house

Our family stayed a week at this home, and it was basically as advertised; I rated it about a 4 across the board because there is plenty of room for improvement. Landscaping not as pictured, I realize there is a drought in Texas, but grass is not green like pictured, and there are weeds and dead plants that need pulling. Didn't know the water was going to taste terrible, so had to go out and buy bottled water, & not just for drinking but for cooking and coffee. If you plan on cooking and baking the kitchen is low on supplies like baking pans and bowls, there are also no containers for left overs, so we just used pots and put them in the refrigerator. I felt a second refrigerator (maybe in garage) would be helpful, because with food, water and drinks, there just wasn't enough room. Listed as "private" ranch home, but twice (while sunbathing) had unannounced visitors. 1) pool guy 2) VRBO garbage check, which I don't know why she came down to house, she could perfectly see that we took the can up to the road for pickup. Thankful I booked back in February and was glad to have gotten a lower price than what is it now advertised for. One very good thing to note, as I didn't see a BBQ listed as an amenity, I contacted Dhaval prior to stay and he bought an awesome big BBQ which we used every night. Thank you Dhaval. He probably would have accommodated other missing needs, but I just didn't want to be a bother, he's very helpful.

Great stay

Our stay was wonderful. The property was as advertised and the manager was responsive to everything we needed. The kitchen was a little light on supplies, but I assume this is because it is a new property. If you are planning on cooking and baking a lot I would recommend contacting the manager ahead of time to make sure you will have everything you need. Would stay again!

Sisters Trip

The house was amazing for a large group. The only things we ran into were: the pool was shocked a couple of days before we arrived- which made the pool look merky and unable to swim until our 2nd day. I had to call to get a broom and mop, which was brought to us right away. There weren’t any disinfectant wipes, glad we brought those. We couldn’t find any paper towels either, so glad I brought 2 rolls. It is country and there are tons of bugs, so bring bug spray. The fridge did smell like fish, we wiped it down but the smell never truly went away. They had tons of towels- body, washcloths, and hand towels, pots/pans, dishes, cups, cooking utensils. Overall, we truly enjoyed this house! It was so peaceful! Looking forward to booking again.

Beautiful Home, Pool Needed Cleaning

We selected this beautiful home for a family getaway over Memorial Day weekend primarily for the time we planned to spend on the lovely wraparound porch and in the pool. The home was very nice, just as described, and we spent most of our time enjoying meals on the table on the porch and morning coffee in the sitting area on the porch. So nice. However there were a few things that made kept this from being the absolute perfect experience: 1) Extreme fishy smell in the fridge when we arrived that we could not get rid of. It made the food we brought stink; 2) No pool/beach towels provided, so we had to scramble for our own; 3) The pool was really dirty - it needed chemical treatment and all the surfaces could have used a good scrub. By the third day I didn't want to get in because of how dirty it was getting. Lovely home, great views, quite and privacy, just wish the pool was in better shape.

Beautiful property!

We spent a week here for our family trip during spring break and it was everything we imagined. The property was beautiful with great amenities. We throughly enjoyed the pool and fire pit every day we were there. The location was great, tucked away but still close to a lot of great restaurants and things to do! The property manager was beyond great and was extremely responsive. We had a few hiccups throughout the week but Dhaval was great in having them fixed quickly and efficiently without disrupting our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful acreage home. We will definitely be visiting again!

Fantastic retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at this modern ranch house. Everything was top-notch: from the cleanliness to the communication with the owners. We had a fantastic time, were able to really spread out, and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor features: especially the expansive decks. We'll have to visit again in the summer to really enjoy the gorgeous pool!
