"The Whiskey Mountain cabins have been my favorite place to stay in the Leakey, TX area. Ihave stayed several times in different cabins. The cabins are very clean and cozy. It's conveniently located between Leakey and Garner State Park. The hosts are extremely accommodating and responsive to any needs you have."

"I picked this cabin for the proximity of several hiking locations. Perfect location to enjoy Garner State Park, Lost Maples Natural Area, the Frio and several local hiking/ biking areas. The room was super clean. Exactly as pictured. Mattress was very comfortable and the extra blankets came in handy on a 35 degree night. Great views from the porch and around the property. "Cozy is the perfect name! This cabin is just right for two. The bed is super comfy! We enjoyed sitting on the deck, playing corn hole, and making s’mores around the propane fire pit. The property is less than 20 minutes from Garner, so you’re close enough to all the hiking, swimming, and fun without having your neighbors fifteen feet away. It was lovely to come back to a quiet, private space after a full day at the park!"

"The property is gorgeous; lots of area to walk around and for the kids to play, they had fantastic communication, everything was clean love that they had double mattress protectors! Friendly and loved learning about the history of the area and house. One of our new favorite places to stay in Leakey. It was close to Garner State Park and not far from lost Maples. We had a blast and will come back again!"

"En helt exceptionel oplevelse. Eminent service fra især Lisa i receptionen og Luis i køkkenet. Vi var der en stille dag og havde stedet næsten fir os selv. Vi kunne fodre en kapivar, heste, æsel og en zebra, og vi så mange andre dyr på ranchen også. Smuk natur, vidunderlig udsigt og lækker pool og fine værelser. Et sted med masser af historie. Vi vil anbefale alle en overnatning her. "

"The hostess answered email questions quickly. Main complaint: it took us 2 hours and a police courtesy escort to find. No one we asked in Concan ( including the fire dept.) Had heard of it. If it weren't for VRBO we began to think we had been scammed. Once located, it was lovely. And we had a nice stay."
