"This is a small townhouse in a modest neighborhood. We felt safe and although the property was small we made it work for our family of five. We were traveling with our 3 college aged daughters. The second bedroom was perfect for them. We had an issue with the electricty but the host was incredibly responsive and it was restored in about 5 minutes. The property was very clean. It had wall units for AC which kept us cool. We stayed in a previous property on this trip which was not the case---...

"This was our second time at this property and we came back because we love it so much. We rent vacation houses about 6 times a year and this is the first time we have ever been back to one we had been to previously. My kids love swinging in the hammocks and canoeing in the lake. My wife loves to sit on the back deck by the fire. It’s very close to an amazing restaurant called Dueling Spoons, I suggest you go. "Very clean and modern home. Quiet neighborhood close to autzen stadium. Very nice amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms were particularly beautiful. Definitely will be looking for this place again for me next stay in Eugene."

"Very clean, new house, comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen. Communication with host was the best. Good location near everything. This is not 5 bedrooms as listed, living room has a nice comfortable sofa bed, but is not a private room. Other than this miscommunication, it was a great short stay, one of the nicest, cleanest homes we have stayed in. Lots of room and would book again."

"We thought it was a great stay. Very functional kitchen and living room area and we loved the layout of the home. Looks like one of the showers is in progress which would make it even better. A few spots on the deck were pretty creaky and wobbly but that didn’t keep us from enjoying the beautiful views at all. Just thought I’d mentioned it if it’s only to you. Definitely worth 5 stars still and the communication was great. Thanks!"
