The house is located on a hillside at an altitude of 400 meters, with exceptional views of the Mediterranean Sea, in a terraced garden of approximately 1,500 square meters, planted with olive trees and grasses.

The house, approximately 150 square meters in size and not overlooked, consists of four large bedrooms (four double beds 160x200 cm / one with two single beds on the mezzanine in bedroom 1), each with its own bathroom (four with showers), a large living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and two toilets in bedrooms 1 and 3 (three toilets in total).

The house has two large terraces for lunch and dinner: one facing north with mountain views, the other covered south-facing terrace with sea views.

You will enjoy an exceptional 180-degree view of the sea and mountains and amenities for a pleasant vacation (swimming pool, deckchairs, parasols, pool maintenance, pétanque court, beds and housekeeping made up for your arrival, Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, high chair, plancha grill, and TV).

Le Tignet is the ideal starting point for exploring the Grasse and Cannes hinterland: Vence, Saint-Paul de Vence, Valbonne, Biot, Tourrettes-sur-Loup, and the Provençal villages of the Pays de Fayence.

Numerous sports and cultural activities are available nearby (tennis and pétanque courts, numerous golf courses, hiking, yachting, the Lac St. Cassien leisure center, etc.). The beaches of Cannes, Mandelieu, and Théoule-sur-Mer are less than 30 minutes away.
