"This was our second visit to Laura and Danny's house in less than a year, we absolutely love it! We played badminton in the front yard, counted the frogs on the pond, and played card games in the screened in patio. It was just what our family needed to kick off summer vacation! Highly recommend staying here!"

"We stayed the week of July 15-22 and loved this property. We had 6 adults and our 2 granddaughters, ages 22 months and 15 months. The gigantic yard was perfect for the grandkids, and we had a pontoon and small fishing boat along, so we appreciated the dock. The house itself was very clean with an open floorplan, and stocked with coffee, dishwasher and laundry soaps, a high chair and pack n play, and many other necessities. "This place is exactly what is listed! Small, cozy and private. Located centrally in Idlewild, it was the perfect distance from everything. The kitchen was fully loaded with all the utensils! It was a beautiful view to wake up to. All of my questions were answered promptly by the owner, before arriving. One of the best stays I've had away from home! The hosts were great to communicate with. I would definitely stay again!"

"This place was in a great location! We were able to walk to local restaurants, it was close to the water, and only a 20 minute drive to Mesick for the Jeep Blessing event! The bed in the main floor bedroom was very comfortable. The house had plenty of room for people to stay. There was a lot of room to hang out and socialize. Having a fire pit in the backyard was nice. The owners were great about responding to messages! The house is a bit on the old side. Many plugs were only 2 prong. No towels...

"The property was clean and very close to the water. We had fabulous weather and spent most of our daytime in the gazebo enjoying the wildlife, boats etc. We enjoyed that very much. Beds were comfortable. I would like to make some suggestions to the manager/owner of the property. We have spent several weekends at VRBO spots for our weekends/ getaways so we have a little experience to fall back on.
