The house is on the hights of Cavi Borgo, away from the busy trafic. Idéal for hicking in the mountain with our two dogs. Perfectly placed for visiting Portofino and the Cinque Terre. We were locked out on 2 occasions with the second time being dark, raining and cold. The key didn’t work. there’s no sink in the kitchen area.The only sink is in the bathroom. the 2 twin beds were extremely hard and could not be slept on. "The place itself was great, lots of stairs, but we expected that. My biggest complaint was the lack of responsiveness from the management company. We left several messages requesting call backs and never got a single call back. The process was more difficult than it should have been! "
