"C’est plus un appart qu’un condo. Des rénovations ont été faites mais il manque de finition. Le bâtiment extérieur manque bcp d’amour mais la partie jardin sur le bord du g de neuve est splendide. Il y a bcp de commodité pour cuisiner et le mobilier est approprié Le propane est fourni pour le BBQ Nous avons partagé nos observations aux personnes concernées pour les améliorations à faire. S’ils les font, ce sera vraiment un beau lieu avec une vue magnifique "

"Le condo est très propre, bien équipé et tout près du chalet de la station de ski. Il y a un grand escalier à monter pour se rendre au condo et la neige peut parfois rendre l'exercice difficile mais ce n'est pas insurmontable. La chambre en mezzanine peut rendre la cohabitation bruyante mais pas invivable. Mathieu aura été un hôte très proactif et "sur la coche". Merci"

"Property was clean and very comfortable, located close to ski/bike resort and 30 mins from Québec City. Only thing was we were there in a heat wave and there is only one portable AC unit in one of the bedrooms so made for some uncomfortable evenings in a loft unit."

"Overall good rental but with a couple issues. The unit is part of a condo complex with some shared facilities. My daughters and my son-in-law were impressed with the workout facility and made good use of it. We had plenty of room and were generally pretty comfortable. One of the rooms was above the sauna down in the pool area. That room stayed hotter than the rest. Initially the TV didn't work. Turned out that we did not have the correct remote. " The chalet was in impeccable condition. Everything is new and clean. The kitchen is highly functional, with absolutely nothing missing, even for preparing more complex recipes. The hot tub was also very appreciated. Just a small comment: the chalet is on the other side of the street, making it difficult to enjoy the view of the river."
