"The location of this property is excellent and it was perfect for our visit. Two nice bedrooms, a clean bath and well appointed kitchen/living area. It is close to the Metro, grocery/Target, and many local, authentic restaurants. Our host was responsive and even assisted us with a special request. Highly recommend."

"Typical urban area. It's street stuck parking limited. Nice layout, felt secure. Price is right. Didn't even spend a full day there but in the evening when I got back I took a shower and I didn't notice because of the shower curtain that they had resurfaced the bathtub at some very past point and it surely needs to be done again or replaced the caulking and all was bad on it. "A hidden gem near Cabin John / Bethesda area.  We had a very comfortable stay in this spacious "cabin".  It is well-stocked with kitchen items and other things to make one feel "at home".  We liked the convenience of the dishwasher and W/D.  Very good communication with the landlords.  Lovely, quiet, and safe neighborhood.  Thanks for an enjoyable stay."

There’s a washer and dryer which is very convenient as well as an air fryer and toaster. The location is also very much ideal for anyone who works at Howard University as it is a short walk away. "This is a no-frills kind of place. The stairway to the apartment is narrow and curved. There is a strong smoke smell in the building corridor which seeps into the living room of the apartment a little bit, but fortunately doesn't reach the bedrooms. The walls are thin, and I could hear bits of conversation and walking around from the upstairs unit. Some things seem not to have been designed with actual comfort in mind - for example, there are flashy LED lights in the ceiling, but no bedside lamp...

"We had a bit of a hiccup when checking in with parking but the host quickly rectified the issue. The pictures are a little different than what is actually at the house. We were expecting a different couch and a small table but none of those items were present. Then, after check in, the host was in the home putting together a new kitchen table.
