"Junior suite was a dark room in the back of the hotel with limited view of the mountains. Was changed next day. Restaurant placed us in an adjacent room despite we asked to sit in the main - again with out the Mountain View. Rude service claims they don’t have time because they need to prepare for lunch."

"Little gem of a place, feels more like a resturant with rooms attached as it is self checkin with no real reception, but was easy and convient and all very nice, well worth the price."

"What a treat to have all the amenities available in one location! We looked forward to every morning and returning in the evening to enjoy the spa services. Beautiful hotel! Only downside was the lighting in the room was very dark in the evenings. Would highly recommend this hotel and if we ever return, we would stay here again! "

"Really nice hotel with very good service. Fantastic view from the balcony. Very good breakfast and cozy bar to sit in front of the fireplace. Perfect location to lift to First - just across the street. Free bus ticket to the area and 10 min with the bus to Terminal to mountain/lift for Männlichen and Eiger. Like to stay at the hotel again. "This hotel is gorgeous! Super clean and bright! Breakfast is free and offers so many choices at the buffet or thrill make you an omelet or French toast. Coffee is yummy. They also have a room with a bar , and also a room dedicated as a cigar room! The hotel is super close to the train station, maybe a 5 minute walk. Close to the center of town and easily walkable.
