"Ganske fint hotel med god placering, men meget dårlig service. Uforskammet personale ved flere lejligheder og blev endda vækket af rengøring uden grund kl 8 lørdag morgen. "

"We booked the hotel apartment because of the good rating. Unfortunately we did not check all the comments. Had we done that we would have realised that the apartments out in the back of this hotel are very outdated and in poor condition. The apartment was like taken out of the 60's and 70's and very much in need of an upgrade. Dirty coutch and chairs, almost no cooking utensils etc. We have been af few places in Switzerland before this and all of them way better than this hotel and much cheaper....
