Alfonso is an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful with tips for restaurants, supermarkets and days out. He was always available to quickly resolve any issues. Lovely quiet, secure and peaceful location as a base for days out as close to road and rail connections. "We stayed here with 6 teenagers. Everybody enjoyed the swimmingpool very much. The football ground and the large garden was also really popular. The house is huge- and this was popular with all the children as well. Especially the bath rooms could use an update- but this also counts for the kitchen, which was quite small and not very well laid out. "Very clean and accurate description. We really enjoyed our stay. The train station is a 15 to 20 min walk and takes you to Central Rome station in less than 30 min. Host was excellent in communication and the property was clean and beautiful. All necessities were provided and even some more. Kids enjoyed the pool. Thank you :) "
