"All very very good but... No towels when we arrived, we were looking forward to use the facilities but swimming pool area was packed , some people had 2 or 3 towels per head and we waited and waited but nothing. they were meant to be complimentary. disappointing. Also no room service after some point. we run out of water ( only 2 small 500ml bottles in the room) on a very hot day it was simply not enough. We asked room service for some more, they said no. "I would highly recommend this property, especially the self contained apartment room number 21 with its own private swimming pool and fantastic view over the town below. It’s a prefect contained apartment for a week. All the staff were very welcoming and extremely accommodating and couldn’t be more helpful.
