Kedeligt ophold og ulækkert
Kedeligt ophold. Der var små hår over det hele, man kunne se at der ikke blev rengjort ordentligt. Der var også snavs på sengetøjet. Der var kun en lille pool der var åbent. Så der var alt for mange mennesker og børn omkring og i pool, som gjorde at det var umuligt at slappe af.

Godt hotel
En flot og nyere hotel som fungerede rigtig godt for os som familie. Lækkert pool område. Alt er dyrt, men det ved man lidt på forhånd. Undre mig over der ikke er så man evt. kan lave kaffe og te på værelset.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. We entered our room the first night and went down to grab some food. After our dinner our card (keys) to the room didn’t work. So we went to the lobby and explained that we can’t enter our room. The employees at the lobby made som new cards and told us that it should work now. We went up and it didn’t. So we went down again, waited another 40 minutes in the line to the lobby and explained that the cards (keys) to the room still don’t work. The arrogant lobbyist did the same thing as earlier and made some new cards. Well we went up again and it still didn’t work. We went down one more time and they told us to go up and wait for the security. We waited almost an hour and no one came. So I went down again and searched for the security office myself. After 20 mins I’ve mange to find it. When I explained the situation to the security guy he told me that they never got a call from the lobby. So we went up to our room with the security guy and he told us that the electronic card reader is broken and he can open the door to our room only once and that we have to go down to the lobby the day after so the facility management can change the electronic card reader. Well we did that the day after and waited another 50 mins in the line to speak with the lobbyist. Overall we spend like 4-5 hours of our limited time on this which sucks. The employees at the lobby during the evenings are really pissed off, tired and arrogant. I assume it is because of their long shifts.

Property was decent, but was overly crowded and was very inconvenient to park. Had to pay $18 each time we exited.

The hotels is clean, new, in a convenient location without overwhelming strip crowds but still busy. The pool area was really nice. Lots of dining options from fine dining to vegan, quick service and everything in between. We will definitely be back!

Nice place —- not the Wynn or Encore but very nice The weekend crowd was kids in there 20’s.. they were partying the hall ways every night and allowed to do it.. 4:30 am they were whooping it up.. you would think with all the cameras that security would have cleared the hall ways

I stayed this memorial weekend. It was very packed with college kids. The elevator area was constantly so busy and underwhelming with the kiddos. I know it’s not what the hotel can control. But as a person of color I believe Hilton as a brand can promote welcoming diverse clients. It was weird having bunch of white kiddos stating endlessly at my partner and I. Other than that the cleaning ladies were amazing. The hotel itself is so beautiful and picture worthy. Easy to get a cab and easy to walk to the strip. I loved that it is on the end of the strip, so a lot more peaceful.

Property is beautiful , on the quieter side of the strip and services were friendly. I gave it an average review for a couple reasons. First and for most the casino, very nice casino, BUT, the smoke from cigarettes was overbearing. My husband and I spent about an hour in the casino and my eyes were burning from the smoke. I’m from Colorado and smoking in casinos is only allowed in designated areas. It was sad to see such a beautiful gaming area, common area riddle with the smell of cigarettes. Second, if you are booking with Expedia DO NOT check in with the Hilton rewards app ahead of time, I was charged double over $1200 after I had already paid for my rooms ahead of time because I checked in early. This threw off my trip as I was not expecting to have to dish out another $689 plus $450 in deposit and services fees upon arrival. There is $150 deposit per night per stay and I’ve looked and looked and am unable to find where it says so on Expedias website. The issues was addressed but unfortunately I won’t get my money back for a couple of days. Also make sure to check your receipt before checking out as I was charged 3 extra resort fees, I was able to have it fixed before I left the resort but it’s a good thing to check on before hand. Pool is wonderful, food options are plentiful and if your able and want to have a really amazing steak dinner, try out Carversteak. Juniors is not worth the money.

Wanted to experience this newest resort. Was great, amazing rooms with wonderful pools. Had a great time and loved our room with the amazing strip view and expansive shower. Great place to stay--distant from other places on the strip--but uber made it simple to go anywhere! Loved it...we were actually in the Conrad.
