I would have preferred more dining options. I felt confused by the options available and obtaining service. Although smoking is available in casino, it does not seem smoky inside.

We always stay at the Aliante. Sometimes we play the slots and decided to waste time doing it this stay. My machine is decent, but starts acting weird. A twinkly light at the bottom is moving around, I'm up almost $400, then the menu pops out of the side, the touch screen doesn't work. I tell my wife something is weird. I start looking around the area, and the menu goes back in, the twinkly lights gone and i can use the touch screen. But didn't win a cent after that. So I'll never gamble there again. Yes i could have stopped, which isn't the point. The machine acting like it was being controlled is the point.

The pet fee listed on Expedia did not match the amount I was actually charged. Upon check-in I discussed the pet fee with the clerk, and the information she gave me seemed to confirm the Expedia listing. However, at checkout, the hotel then charged me quadruple what the Expedia listing quoted, and told me that it’s not their problem that the Expedia information was incorrect. I then looked at the hotel’s website & the pet fee they listed was more than the Expedia price, but still less than what the desk clerk charged me. I discussed this with Expedia (who was very helpful) and the hotel management (which was not). The information may have all been updated by this time, but if you’re traveling with a pet I highly recommend you contact the hotel directly and get written confirmation of their prices prior to booking. Otherwise, it seems you’re at the whims of whoever is on duty at the desk.

Guest rooms are very nice and somehow always quiet. Security guards elevators to rooms. TV has external hdmi input which was appreciated. Casino nice but limited table games. Salted Lime a good bar with generous operating hours. Drinks free while playing video poker games. Peaceful and well run. Staff very courteous.

We've stayed at this hotel several times. Upside: Hotel located away from the Strip, quiet, clean, updated rooms, friendly, welcoming staff and daily housekeeping.The hotel has several eateries, Starbucks, Dairy Queen and a Cinema. Downside: For us, the room was well appointed however, the bed was extremely uncomfortable along with the mini sofa and chairs, the front desk informed us that all of the beds had been recently updated and all were the same -uncomfortable.

This was a wonderful hotel, very nice. Staff was very nice. Loved the big bathtub. Lots of food options. Parking was great and easy. I had a great experience at this hotel.

The staff themselves tried to be great, but not enough servers at banquets. Food super slow to come out. Breakfast was cold both days. Loved the FARM restaurant staff. Overall, too expensive for value.

The bellman was really attentive and kind, as was the valet staff. Disappointed in the view from the room we were given (top of the building). The concert venue was very good. A little surprised we were as packed in as we were with all the respiratory illnesses going around. Brian Culbertson was great.
