"We checked in here when we discovered the original place we had booked was horrible and we could just not stay there. This hotel was a welcome find! I really wish I could remember the lady at the front desk’s name - she was so friendly and helpful, always smiling!! We also had a wonderful massage as well, it was so relaxing!! Special shout out to Jorge who went above and beyond!! We highly recommend this hotel right downtown San Cristobal."

"Clean room, attentive staff. small insect problem but the manager took care of it immediately and it was resolved for the rest of our stay. Staff English limited but Google Translate made things smooth 😁. If you have any situation or problem, the staff is very attentive, but if you don’t say anything : no solution 😜. "Friendly staff. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. Room was comfortable and large. Bathroom was sufficient, however, the shampoo and bodywash came in little packets which were impractical for those with lots of hair. Luckily we brought our own stuff. I had them wash my laundry (7$) it was washed, dried, and folded. Host drove us to the ferry on our last day for 2$/person at 5am which was very helpful."
