"Irma is located beatiful, with magnificent view over the Zihuatanejo bay. The pool area is great too. The service are not good; check-in was a drag. The english language was a Challenge at reception. We prepaid for 5 people, only showed up 4, still they wanted us two pay xtra because the child was 13 and for them an adult. "Catalina has the best location on playa la Ropa, Zihuatanejo. The service is great and the atmosphere is warm and familiar.
