"Poor hotel management! We arrived exactly 3PM and we were met up with a long line of people that wanted to check-in in the hotel. We booked three rooms and when we already been checked-in we get three rooms in three differet floors. The worst case scenario is we can’t visit each other, because our key card can’t access the other floors where our family stays!
Then we decided after we checked-in that we walked a tour to beach, and there we were informed that we cannot enter the hotel beach...

"10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location."

Overdådig morgenmad, har aldrig set noget lignende. Godt bageri med danske "basser". Servicemindet personale, smilende og hjælpsomme hele vejen rundt. Vi kunne lide det hele. Herfår du luksus for rimelige penge."

"Poolen kunne ikke bruges under hele vores ophold. Værelserne og især gulvtæpperne var beskidte. Fik serveret pandekager der ikke var færdigbagte. Det virkede mest som om alle havde opgivet hotellet. Men personalet var søde. "
