"Rooms were clean and staff was helpful! Only complaint was the room I had the shower was awkward. You had to go half way in the middle of the bathroom to close the shower door after getting out. Which caused water to be all over the floor. Not all bathrooms have this issue."

"The door lock and key system was down and we had to wait twice to have someone to open the door for us.. The night stand dreamers don’t stay closed. They slide out. This could be a safety issue. I don’t see why something like that would be ignored by the hotel. The bathroom sink drain has a missing drain plug. If someone loses a jewelry it would go down the drain. Why is left without fixing? "Very big, very clean place! The clerk at the front was so sweet and helpful♡♡ Breakfast was delicious! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. Only downside is only one elevator was working so the wait to go up took forever so we used the stairs, I guess not too bad of a downside since the I was "exercising" 😂 Great place 👌"
