"We really enjoyed our stay in Normandie, and this house was perfect for us. We are a family of 4 visiting from the USA. This house is quite spacious and everything is exactly as advertised on the listing. The location being Ver-Sur-Mer is within 30-45 mins of all D Day beaches. We had a great beach day as well at Arromanches-les-Bains (15 min drive). Charlotte and Georges were amazing - very attentive to us. We even started to leave without my son’s bag and with a quick message Georges was...

"La maison est très bien située."

"La propriété est un véritable havre de paix. On s'y sent immédiatement comme chez soi. L'ameublement est raffiné et l'espace généreux. La vue et la proximité de la mer sont tout simplement magnifiques. Malheureusement, le logement semble très prisé, car il n'y a plus de disponibilités pour 2027. Quel dommage, car nous serions revenus l'année prochaine ! Peut-être y aura-t-il des disponibilités à l'avenir."

"very comfortable in all aspects, very cleaned rooms, clean bathroom, good shower hot water, washing machine, very functional kitchen with great oven. Car space in the yard.Close, walking distance to all businesses, bakery, bar, hairdresseur, Aldies store, butcher, pharmacy.close to walking and bike trails, buses.Heat ok! for winter, No A/C for Summers, may need to add fans, or portable A/C units would be a plus.Very accomodating, nice, and friendly hosts."

"No communications. Hidden costs, held to ransom after arrival to get keys. Dirty And worst of all no bed sheets , pillow cases or duvet covers. When asked where they were was told not listed in ad and hung up on. Agreed the listing didn’t say bedding included but didn’t say it wasn’t and for the expensive cost I would have expected it. This is basically a PGL style bunk house. Avoid at all costs."

"A beautifully cared for property in a fantastic location. We booked very last minute (less than 24 hours before we arrived) and Maria from Homerez was able to communicate with the Landlady and the lovely couple who live in the adjoining property to arrange access and linen for us. We were escaping the heat in the UK and although we had very hot weather, the house was well ventilated and cool. There is no air conditioning, but other than one night when perhaps a fan may have been useful, it...

"Lovely place in Caen for an overnight stay before our Ferry home. 15 min walk to the centre. Perfect for what we needed"

"Logement de très bon goût, très agréable. Petits jeux qui font plaisir aux adultes comme aux enfants. Et un hôte très réactif."
