"Really nice hotel. The area is not the best for us. The beach close is full with trach and is a long walk to the shops close to cenang beach. We really enjoy our stey, but we are not comming back."

"Fantastic service! The staff all spoke great English and were extremely professional, friendly and service minded. Stunning sunset view! The horizon bar offers a fantastic view of the sunset and although the food menu is simple (it is a bar, not a restaurant) the food was great (and so were their cocktails!). We did not get the chance to try the onsite restaurants as we were only at the resort for a limited time, however the breakfast was excellent with both a la carte and a very nice buffet. Once again, the staff were fantastic. Amazing (adults only) infinity pool! Almost all sun beds were occupied, but it did not feel crowded at all! The atmosphere was calm and it really felt like we had the pool to ourselves. GREAT room! We had a deluxe room with sea view and rainforest view (plenty of opportunities to see monkeys close up). The room seemed newly renovated and was spacious and nicely decorated in a Scandinavian ish style. We really got a wow-feeling when walking through the door. I never write reviews, however this time I felt I had to do it. We also stayed at another resort in Langkawi which was around half the price of this one. It was decent, however I would recommend any couple to try out the Ritz - at least just for a few days. Our experience at the Ritz in Langkawi was next level! "

"Vi blev opgraderet, hvilket selvfølgelig var rart, men sengen var stenhård, badeværelset var meget slidt, og hotellets restauranter serverede ikke alkohol til maden. Vi blev henvist til en bistro, som snarere var et lurvet diskotek. Morgenmaden var meget varieret, men lokalet var virkelig trist og støjende. Kuah er en lidt kedelig by, så vi var glade for, vi kun havde en enkelt overnatning. Natmarkedet (onsdag og lørdag) var fint at se."

"Rareste personale som altid var meget hjælpsomme. Alt i hotellet var rent og selvom vi ankom før kl 15 fik vi lov til at checke ind helt uden problemer. Hvis man skal til langkawi skal man helt klar bo her. "
