"The property was nice, cute little house, well decorated. Located minutes to the lake and to the little town. In July there is not a view of the lake. A couple doors have holes in them, broken porch chair and there was 3 year old expired eggs in the refrigerator, expired creamer and condiments. House needed a good dusting but bathroom was clean. "Perfect little 1 bedroom house on the lake. We went to a concert at Renfro Valley (6 min away) and the place worked out perfect for our stay and easy access."

"very very good"
