"Beautiful property"

"5/5 Stars – Awesome Stay! This was our first time to Lanai and we stayed at Lana’i Oasis and Gem, The Artist's House. We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The home was clean, beautifully decorated with Jordanne’s artwork, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Jordanne was an absolutely fantastic host! "So clean. Property was close to the ocean. We were very pleased with the room it was spacious and clean and had a great view. Staff were accommodating and showed great hospitality we will definitely be returning!!"

"We were initially excited when we were told we had been “upgraded” to a bungalow from the 2-double bed garden-view room we originally booked. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly faded once we arrived and saw the accommodations. The bungalow had an unusual smell and very little lighting, which made the experience less enjoyable than we had anticipated. What was presented as an upgrade didn’t necessarily feel like one. "Its setup is like a timeshare, meaning it has a kitchen with a refrigerator. Nice-sized rooms and very quiet. Beautiful beach views and easy access to the beach."

"Great location. Rooms a bit old. Only one bed and the sleeping could was not suited for sleeping as you could feel every single spring, so not a comfortable sleep. Great children’s pool and also another one for adults. Right at the beach which was a very nice one and also 10 minutes from Whalers Village and another beach and bay in opposite direction with turtles swimming."

"The fire alarm went every night 2-3 times with an extremely loud sound and a robotic voice in the room, our son is scared to ever stay there again. The staff, except the cleaning ladies, were unfriendly and grumpy, the water slide were just completely closed one day without reason. Never staying there again!"

"I would not stay here again as the walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything all your neighbors are doing. Also, the "partial" ocean view is heavy on the partial. HOWEVER I do want to call out the man and woman that work the front desk, they are FANTASTIC. Very helpful and accommodating and friendly. I would stay at any hotel they were working at."

"Do not book ocean view property, it does not have ocean view at all and the property is well aware of this. It is convenient location by the beach, rooms are large, have space with kitchenette etc so allow you to eat in. The property felt tired as you get into the rooms, amenities were much better up-kept."
