"The house was in a wonderful location with ample parking! Easy to walk to the Landing and close to the Strip. Sean was very helpful with information before the visit and when we needed some things on check-in. The house is beautiful inside but it would benefit from addt'l cleaning in the kitchen and bedrooms. The outside areas could use some TLC to prep for guests, such cushions and chairs wiped down. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed having the bathrooms with each bedroom for all!"

"We loved this house! It had everything we needed and more than expected. The pool and playground were big hits with our littles. We had two 4 year olds and two 1 year olds. A 10 year old and two older teenagers. Other than that, dad and three adult daughters and adult children and spouses. There were more towels than expected, plenty of trash bags and even laundry detergent, soap and shampoo/conditioner in bathrooms. "Almost everything was great! The only major exception was 3of the 4 Flouresent bulbs in the garage were burnt out. Very difficult for playing ping pong which was one of the attractions for the rental. Two of the toilets needed adjusting, would not flush properly. One the flapper chain was to long the other fill valve was set to low. Otherwise the place was great! A little disappointed in the yard, mostly hillside, put a damper on yard games.. "We had 6 families stay at Lakin it Easy and it was such a nice place for us to stay and gather! From being a short walk to the outdoor pool to the nice open kitchen and living area where we could all hangout together was splendid. Beth was very accommodating and a great communicator with instructions on the house and gave us a detailed list of the places to go in Branson! We highly recommend for young families with kiddos. "

Plenty of stores close by for restock supplies without drive long distances. Multiple things available for entertainment for all ages. Very short drive to the local Marina and lake.
