"They lie about having aircondition and had me fooled for 5 hours until they finally gave me a new room….. With no aircondition. They turn it off in “the winter” and dont tell you so instead they play games with you untill you give up. I specifically booked a hotel for this reason at least you could have been honest with me instead of the 5 phonecalls and 3 turns to the reception untill i had a headache, got 5 hours of sleep and moved to the new room with the same result…."

"Service: We stayed 4 nights at this amazing riad/hotel and the service was absolutely great! - from the receptionists to the waiters, doorman and cleaning personnel! We had a good introduction to everything and received a map with recommended sites and restaurants to visit. The staff was super helpful and smiling all the time during out stay, and we couldn’t help but feel welcomed! At the day of departure, we had to take the bus to Agadir and the staff was so kind to pack a small lunch bag for us along with souvenirs from the hotel (soap, shampoo and gel). Breakfast: This was so good and one of the highlights of the day! It was served to us in the big courtyard and included a variety of delicious food, incl. omelette, yoghurt, fruits, pancakes/crepes, juice and coffee. Hotel/facilities: The hotel was beautiful. We had a room with a shared terrace overlooking the “pool” courtyard. This was both spacious and cozy. Even though it didn’t bother us, there was no TV in the room. The WiFi was decent, although the signal wasn’t that strong on the rooftop terrace. The bed wasn’t the best, and felt a little too stiff and too noisy when moving around. The hotel was located in the outskirts if the medina with c. 5-7 min walk to the nearest attraction (the Bahia Palace). Overall: Excellent value for money! We can definitely recommend this place and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this place again during our next visit to this vibrant city. "

"Virkelig et fint hotel. Flot poolområde og lige ved siden af Menara Mall. Receptionist ved ankomst virkede lidt ligeglad. Havde lidt svært ved at kommunikere med tjenerne, der var bedst til fransk. Spiste aftensmad 1 aften på hotellet og var ikke specielt godt. Bestilte bøf medium, var dog helt gennemstegt, og da jeg spurgte tjener om det var medium, var svaret bare ja. Lidt uheldigt at der var fest i baggården, hvor vi havde værelse ud til. Kan dog varmt anbefale hotellet."

"Forkælese af et dejligt personale, der gjorde alt hvad de kunne for, at vi skulle få et mindeværdigt ophold. Derudover var omgivelserne helt fantastiske i hotel regi. Marrakech er et eventyr."
