"Edna’s Cottage is wonderful. It’s in the ideal location with paths on the doorstep with a range of walks. It was quiet and we spent time in the beautiful garden which was magical. There was a lovely traditional range and an adequately kitted out kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of hot water and a good shower. "Ideal place for 2 couples. The accommodation has been recently renovated to a high standard. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was plentiful parking. We really enjoyed spending a night on the decking with views of Windermere. The key safe made it easy to check in & out."

"Nicely furnished and ideally located flat with nice views. Short walk to Ambleside, very close to bus station where you can take bus rides to nearly all destinations in the Lake District. Flat has everything you need and is situated on the second floor of a nice property located in a beautiful large garden. Highly recommended!"
